Privacy Policy — The DESJONQUERES Method™

At The DESJONQUERES Method™ we respect your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit our pages, sign up for Flower ID™ or receive our emails, how we use it, and the rights you have.

2. Information we collect

• When you sign up for Flower ID™: name, email address, phone number and country.
• When you take the Flower ID™ test: your name or nickname, sex, whether you have children and your relationship status, plus your answers to the test statements. This information is used only to calculate and personalize your result in your own browser; it is not sent to or stored on our servers.
• When you buy a product: the information needed for the purchase and the invoice. Payments are processed directly by the payment provider; we never see or store your card details.
• When you browse: technical data (IP address, browser, pages visited) and, if you agree, analytics and advertising cookies.

We do not ask for health information or other sensitive data. Please do not include it in any free-text field.

3. How we use your information and why

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising in exchange for money. We make no automated decisions with legal effects on you: your Flower ID™ result is a self-discovery tool, not a diagnosis.

4. Who we share it with

Only with service providers who process data on our behalf:

• Kajabi (United States): website, forms, emails and product sales.
• Netlify (United States): hosting for the test and our pages.
• Meta Platforms (Ireland and United States): advertising measurement pixel, only if you accept cookies.
• Google (United States): fonts used by the test (Google Fonts), which may log your IP address.
• Payment providers used by Kajabi, to process your purchases.

Desjonqueres Global LLC is based in the United States, and Kajabi, Netlify and Google also process data there. If you live in the UK or the European Economic Area, your data is transferred to the United States to provide the service you request; with our providers, these transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and its UK extension, or on standard contractual clauses.

5. How long we keep it

• Sign-up and email data: for as long as you stay subscribed. If you unsubscribe, we delete or restrict it within 12 months at the latest, unless the law requires us to keep it.
• Purchase records: for as long as accounting and tax laws require.
• Cookies: for the period shown in the cookie notice.

6. Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to restrict or object to its use, and to withdraw your consent, without affecting what was done before.

• Unsubscribe from emails: use the link at the bottom of every email. We honor unsubscribe requests promptly.
• Exercise your rights: email [email protected] and say which right you want to use. We reply within one month. We will not treat you differently for using your rights.
• California residents: you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to delete it, to correct it, and to opt out of any sale or sharing. We do not sell or share it.
• Complaints: you can complain to your local data protection authority. In the UK this is the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).

7. Cookies

We use technical cookies the pages need to work and, only with your consent, analytics and advertising cookies (Meta pixel). You can accept, refuse or change your choice in the cookie notice and in your browser settings.

8. Children

Flower ID™ and our programs are for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, and we work with providers who do the same.

10. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with its date. If the change is significant, we will let you know by email.
