-The story behind the method

From a fall came a path of reconstruction.

At the age of 16, I entered university. I was practicing high-level acrobatic gymnastics and, like many people, I had learned to measure my worth through my achievements, my performance, and the approval of others. From the outside, everything seemed to be going well.

Until, at the age of 19, an accident changed my life.

A serious fall during acrobatic gymnastics training left me immobilized for months. From one day to the next, the sport, the projects, and the life I had imagined suddenly disappeared. In the silence of that room came loneliness, questions, and pain.

But that accident was not the end. It was the beginning of a much deeper reconstruction.

During that time, I discovered that my worth did not depend on what I could do, how I looked, or what others thought of me. I came to understand that every person possesses a dignity that no one can take away, because our value comes simply from the fact that we exist, that we are unique, and that we were created by God.

What began as a personal reconstruction became a journey that has accompanied me throughout my life. I studied Nursing and, years later, worked as an international executive for Latin America at a leading French pharmaceutical company.

With the birth of my first son, I made a decision that once again changed my life: to leave my executive career and devote myself to a new and deeply meaningful project — BEING a mother. Once again, I had to rebuild myself, redefine my priorities, and discover a new way to develop my talents.

It was during this stage of my life that I began to give professional structure to an ability that had always been part of me: accompanying and guiding others. Those first ideas, born from my own experience of reconstruction, gradually took shape through coaching, study, and years of working with people. To give this work a stronger academic foundation, I trained as a Master Coach in Paris.

Over the years, I served as President of AICI France, became an international speaker, and supported hundreds of people from different ages and cultures through courses and coaching processes, helping them strengthen their confidence, understand themselves more deeply, and move toward their purpose.

From this journey — my own reconstruction, my faith, my education, and more than twenty years of professional experience — a method gradually took shape in France. For years, I developed it under a different name. Today, for branding purposes and with the vision of bringing it to an international audience, it carries my own family name:
